Outline and implement a strategic plan for gathering, evaluating, and organizing quantitative and qualitative data related to the identified problem.

KNOWLEDGE DISSEMINATION
Fervent production of empirically-based knowledge that influences the theories, techniques, and approaches used by organizations who service Black Americans. 

IV.
INTERVENTION DEVELOPMENT
Development of racially-contextualized psychosocial models that serve as safeguards and minimize the affects of debilitating societal forces on the Black American experience.

V.
ADVOCACY THROUGH RESEARCH

Utilizing empirical research as a platform for scientifically challenging systems that utilize processes and procedures that fuel Black American underachievement.
